Aerial Drone Inspections & Surveys

We provide aerial drone inspections & surveys using the latest equipment and technologies, allowing us to provide you with superior quality survey work for commercial, industrial or residential property.

Where possible, we will follow customers instructions when conducting aerial drone inspections while operating within our permissions.

We use a range of zoom lenses which enable us to capture detailed imagery whist maintaining a reasonable distance from building and infrastructure allowing us to reduce the risk of any incidents occurring to as low as reasonably practicable.

We will provide you with a professional service from your first telephone consultation through to delivering the final products.

Aerial Drone Inspections & Surveys

Safety Sensors

Our aircraft come equipped with collision avoidance sensors to minimise any chances of damage to buildings, structures or equipment. Collision avoidance sensors accompanied with zoom lenses allow us to safely capture precise data and imagery that would be considerably more expensive to capture using traditional methods of survey such as erecting scaffolding or hiring a cherry picker.

The data we capture via drone is captured specifically to your requirements and is perfect for work including assessing, planning and reviewing building maintenance strategies as well as  conducting research for building insurance claims.

We are working with some of the biggest names in the construction and maintenance industries.

Benefits of Aerial Inspections and surveys by Drone

1

Accurate

With detailed instructions, aerial inspections and surveys by drone allow close up video or high resolution pictures of the area of inspection. Where required for larger areas, drones can also be programmed by GPS to fly the same autonomous flight path time after time capture any changes in building or landscape structure over time.
2

Quick to arrange

Most aerial inspections can start within just a few hours of booking, sometimes sooner depending on availability and the complexity of the task assigned.
3

Safer than climbing

Inspections at any hight carry increased risks, using drones for aerial inspections reduces the chance of any injury occurring to any persons caused by falling is reduced to none. There are of course risks associated with operating a drone, however these are mitigated during a pre-flight risk assessment, if there is any risk which the pilot is not comfortable proceeding, with then further mitigation will be undertaken to ensure the flight is safe or the flight will not be conducted.
4

Cost effective

Conducting aerial inspections and surveys by drone is much more cost effective than erecting scaffolding or hiring a cherry picker to get to hard to access areas, not to mention easier and more vertical. Efficiently handled UAVs can inspect in detail, significantly more real-estate than any of the conventional methods of inspecting elevated areas.
5

Minimal disruption

Using a UAV to capture video or still photographs is often much less disruptive to site or building operations than any of the conventional at height inspection methods including hiring scaffolding or hiring a cherry picker and operator. When using a drone there is minimal setup time onsite and inspections are often completed within 1-2 hours of being on site.
6

Before & after footage

Using a UAV to capture and monitor the progress of work at height is a fantastic way of to provide project managers and customers with pre work photographs as well as progress updates during the project and post contract work. This type of footage is also fantastic for portfolio and marketing purposes and helping secure your next contract.
